This property is 5 level backsplit!

As you entrance the house you are on main level. The hall is very wide and long. At the centre of the hall the ceiling is almost 2-story high and has beautiful chandelier. At your left is living and dining rooms. We are big party people and we sat there 25 people at the same time. The living room window is 4 layer window. We decided to keep in this way, so it provides better sound and temperature insulation.
Each room has few electrical receptacles, phone and Internet jucks which makes life so much easier and convenient!
At the same level we have Kitchen, which isn’t open concept, but rather has folding wood door and provides excellent chance to feel at ease when cooking, so you will have no worries to wake up family or fill house with cooking smell!
